If I asked you to describe yourself using only one word, what would that word be? Better yet, would that word have a positive or negative connotation?

And I’m not asking how you want others to see you. I’m asking how you truly see yourself.

The hope is that we all see ourselves in a positive light, but if we are being honest, I doubt that is true.

To imagine that if a thing is humanly possible it is also within your reach seems far-fetched and frightening. Yet I still tend to agree.

That far-fetched feeling only means you haven’t developed a plan, and that fear is your insecurities and your lack of self-worth.

I was told that squatting, kneeling, and greater mobility were unlikely for me after my knee replacements. But I created a plan, I believed in myself, and I had tons of support from others.

B3 works in the same way. If there is something you want to accomplish yet you think it’s too big, we develop a plan and we work for it. And you don’t work at it alone. We work at it together. We fail together. We learn together. We lift together. And we celebrate successes together.

So do something that is humanly possible. And make it BIG!
