The B3 Difference

Most people sit at desks or in cars and hunch over their devices. This changes how the body moves until it loses the ability to function like a human.

You ache, you get injured, you can no longer do the same activities you used to when you were younger. For the majority of people this is normal, but it’s NOT SUPPOSED TO BE!

We believe you shouldn’t be limited by your body. You shouldn’t hurt your back picking up your toddler, strain yourself carrying groceries, or have joint pain from mowing your lawn.

Your body is designed to do these things with ease.

That’s why at B3 we focus on teaching you proper movement patterns instead of training muscle groups. This way you can move correctly inside and outside of the gym.

B3 Gym

Yes… you will build muscle and lose fat.

But you’ll also have more energy, sleep better, have way less aches and pains, prevent injury, and be able to move like a human again.

And you won’t be doing this alone. You will be surrounded by an encouraging family that motivates, inspires, and celebrates your journey.

B3 is more than a gym. It’s a family and it’s a lifestyle.

And because our philosophy is built upon safety and a community culture, our classes will be capped at 24 people. This ensures expert level teaching and training while having fun with a great group of people!

Part 2: Group Fitness Classes




What it is: 1 Hour group fitness classes designed to help you live a limitless life. Workouts consist of:

  • Mobility and Stability Warm-up to increase range of motion, warm muscles, lubricate joints and establish proper movement.
  • Pre-conditioning Blast builds upon the new range of motion from the warm-up and applies it to a high tempo, light load conditioning phase.
  • Skill-based barbell movement to continue to develop the proper movement pattern while gradually adding stress (weight) to the body. This is done slowly and with very careful attention.
  • Intense Conditioning Blast - High intensity conditioning while maintaining movement integrity.

Soft Opening Class Schedule:

  • MON-FRI: 7:30 AM, 8:30 AM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM
  • SAT: 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM


  • Individual Rate: $150 charged to the card on file on Day 1 of your first group movement class (no contract; 30 day notice to cancel required)
  • Couples Rate: $275 per month (no contract; 30 day notice to cancel required)
