Much of the fitness industry has screwed up exercise. So many gyms and facilities expect people to simply do what they're told and move effectively.
At B3, we recognize that natural human movement has been negatively impacted by the modern lifestyle. So our method is different.
We LEARN. Knowing the “why” and not just the “what” is imperative to your growth and development.
We LIFT. My God do we lift! We aren’t a moving company, but you better believe we move a lot of weight!
And we LAUGH. We leave our judgment and insecurities at the door, and we laugh together. If your workouts and the community around you don’t bring you joy, then it’s time to move on.

How It Works
Getting started with B3 is simple and straightforward, requiring only three steps. Each of these steps is required and they must be done in consecutive order. This ensures that you can perform the movements correctly and helps you avoid injury while working toward your fitness goals.
You begin with a free general health assessment and a free consultation to discuss goals, concerns, and lifestyle.
Next, you participate in an individualized training session to ensure proper form when exercising and reduce the chance for injury, aches, and pains.
- 1Functional Movement Screens to mitigate the risk for injury.
- 2Mobility Drills to improve movement and range of motion.
- 3Corrective Exercises to realign your joints and create instability.
- 4Reprogramming your movement patterns with the proper ones.
Finally, you participate in one-hour group fitness classes designed to help you live a limitless life. Workouts consist of:
- 1Mobility and Stability Warm-up
- 2Pre-conditioning Blast
- 3Skill-based Barbell Movement
- 4Intense Conditioning Blast

No. Unless you eat like a power lifter or a sumo wrestler
Yes, especially if you never worked out. More importantly though, you will build muscle. This will increase your metabolism and cause you to burn more fat throughout the day when you aren’t exercising
No contracts. Our group classes are month to month. Cancel anytime.
Classes are capped at 12 people. Class sizes are subject to change with local and CDC regulations.
Yes, our team is available to help you navigate through general nutrition questions. We also offer personalized nutrition coaching guided by certified nutrition coaches.
Before you begin group classes, you will participate in a one-hour personal training session. During this session your certified coach will demonstrate the use of all equipment, guide you through proper movement patterns with the barbell, and will implement effective breathing techniques.
Our free Saturday sessions are currently suspended to stay in compliance with local and CDC regulations
